Reimbursement Rules:

DIABETES DIALOG is FREE to attend for Adult Endocrinology Fellows!

The following expenses* will be covered by the program:

• Registration for the Diabetes Dialog conference including hands-on diabetes workshop

• 3-night hotel stay (Fellows will share rooms with other program fellows.)

• Economy class round-trip airline tickets in the continental US (up to $800) (Tickets will be reimbursed post-conference with receipts.)

• Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks during the programs

• Resonable transportation costs from the airport to the conference venue / hotel will be covered

• Transportation from the conference venue to the airport on Sunday will be covered.

• You MUST attend the program to be reimbursed.

• A receipt MUST be provided to get reimbursed per university rules.

  * All expenses will be reimbursed post-conference with a receipt. Hotel stays and meals will be provided by the program.

What is NOT covered?

Fellows will be responsible for following expenses if any:

• Portion of economy flight ticket over $800

• Business class flight tickets

• Any additional expenses during the hotel stay

• Fellows who don’t want to share a room with another participant fellow are responsible for their own accommodations and transportation arrangements.
